What I’m most proud of about the team I have at Stephen Perry Smith Architects is the individual and collective quality of the people working in the office, their ability to communicate, and their ability to work well together. As a smaller firm, we are able to change gears, direct resources to where we need to on projects, and work together as a collective rather than a group of individuals.

In her spare time, Dawn enjoys gardening and spending time with her growing family. She has been blessed with three children and three grandsons who keep her very busy. Dawn also enjoys giving back to the community, being active at her local baseball park in Monches, and serving on the finance committee at St. Terese of Calcutta.
