The 347,783-square-foot facility is located at 9141 S. 13th St, Oak Creek, WI, just north of Steinhafel’s, with convenient access to I-94.

This two-story industrial building features insulated precast wall panels, which offer significant benefits in terms of performance and sustainability. With integrated insulation, these panels help maintain consistent indoor temperatures, significantly reducing heating and cooling costs while enhancing overall energy efficiency. In addition to its energy-saving benefits, the building is designed for efficiency, with vehicle parking on the north side and dedicated tractor-trailer access on the south side to streamline logistics and operations.

During the planning process, we followed all necessary protocols to ensure timely municipal approvals. This included addressing critical factors such as traffic impact, wetlands preservation, and the addition of fill material to prepare the site. By securing the required permits well in advance and incorporating these considerations into the site design, we ensured that all aspects of the project were planned seamlessly, accounted for in the design fees, and progressed smoothly from start to finish.
