Milwaukee Tool – Red Line

Overview

Located in the Woodland Prime Business Park in Menomonee Falls, Milwaukee Tool – Red Line is a testament to innovative industrial architecture and cutting-edge facility design. This 211,600-square-foot, two-story building, a masterpiece of modern design, was meticulously crafted to meet Milwaukee Tool’s expanding research and development needs. The structure’s insulated precast concrete exterior featuring punched vertical openings, bold red accent wall, and the glass entry portal set a confident tone for what lies within.

Internally, the facility is meticulously designed for optimal performance. It hosts a range of specialized testing labs, soundproof testing rooms, and wet rooms that replicate real-world conditions. A standout feature is the media room, equipped with a cyclorama wall that enables seamless product photography and videography. The first floor is primarily dedicated to lab and testing functions, while the second level houses well-thought-out office and conference spaces that support daily operations and collaboration.
