Parcel 32 Industrial Building

This industrial building was constructed on adjacent parcels of land within the Lakeview Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.  More specifically, the building consists of an approximately 195,000 square foot, 32’ clear height multi-tenant distribution warehouse with 50ft by 54ft bays and tenant entrances located at each end and middle of the west side of the building to accommodate up to four tenants.  The building relates architecturally to other buildings within the park by featuring clear anodized aluminum window frames, blue tinted glass punch windows, and aluminum composite panel entrance soffits. The painted precast wall panels serve to visually break up the façade and define the entrances. The east facing rear of the building has a depressed loading area for mechanical docks, future loading docks (knockouts) and features drive-in docks at the end bays and middle.
