Mehta Multi-Tenant Office/Warehouse

The Mehta Multi-Tenant Office/Warehouse in Mequon, Wisconsin, is a commercial facility featuring dedicated industrial-style office environments, as well as areas for showroom and warehouse functions. The building consists of two separate suites, each designed to support workspace, display, and storage needs within its own cohesive layout. This design demonstrates how commercial spaces can meet unique operational needs, with each suite tailored to its occupant within a single structure.

The building’s exterior features a modern industrial office design with precast concrete panels, metal panel systems, and exposed steel-frame canopies. Large storefront windows let in natural light, brightening workspaces and increasing showroom visibility. A geothermal heating and cooling system was included, along with digital HVAC automation to improve energy efficiency and maintain a comfortable office environment. These features show how industrial architecture can balance durability, function, and a strong visual identity.

Suite A is a single-story space, and Suite B has two stories. Together, they cover 36,843 square feet. Fam Stumabo uses Suite A for offices, a showroom, and packaging and warehouse space. HVA Products Inc. occupies Suite B. Each suite functions independently, with its own dedicated warehouse space and drive-in overhead door to support operations.
