Overview
Lilly Creek Industrial One exemplifies modern industrial architecture, blending efficiency with a distinctive regional style. Designed by Stephen Perry Smith Architects, Inc. (SPSA), this 146,423-square-foot building uses precast concrete panels in three natural tones, reminiscent of the local Lannon limestone. The unpainted façade not only provides durability but also offers a rustic aesthetic that sets it apart from typical industrial facilities.
Natural light is maximized through extensive storefront glass and clerestory windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere within the large interior. Originally a speculative build, Lilly Creek Industrial One is now home to multiple tenants whose diverse needs are well-accommodated by the building’s adaptable layout and efficient design.
Lush landscaping and a neighboring stormwater pond soften the industrial setting, introducing green space and supporting local habitats. These natural elements add visual interest and create a balanced environment around the building, enhancing its connection to the landscape.
Stephen Perry Smith Architects, Inc. has set a new standard in industrial building design with Lilly Creek Industrial One, combining functionality with thoughtful design elements that serve both tenants and the surrounding community. This project highlights SPSA’s expertise in crafting industrial spaces that are as efficient as they are visually compelling.
